Peter Kintzer, DVM, Diplomate ACVIM

Dr. Kintzer received his DVM from Cornell University in 1985. He completed an internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City and a residency in small animal medicine at Tufts University. He did post-doctoral research in endocrinology at Tufts and the University of Georgia, and then joined the Veterinary Teaching Hospital as a full-time staff veterinarian until 1997. Dr. Kintzer is board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in internal medicine. He remains on staff at Tufts as a clinical assistant professor, and is also a staff internist at the Boston Road Animal Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts.
